Induction hobs have become very popular in modern kitchen design. More and more customers are converting from the conventional gas hob cooking to induction but are often not fully aware that there are a lot more benefits to induction than just saving heat or energy.
Live cooking events are a fantastic way to fully understand what induction cooking is all about. AEG product expert and chef Richard gave customers a great insight at our recent AEG live cooking event at in-toto Stratford upon Avon.
Using a half-cut induction pan, Richard demonstrated "chocolate melting" on the induction hob. This way, guests could clearly see that only the area where the pan was touching the hob surface was heating up, melting the chocolate in the pan, whereas the chocolate directly on the hob next to it stayed solid.
If you would like to find out more about the features and benefits of induction hobs or even try it out for yourself, why not visit your local in-toto Kitchens Design Studio and ask for a live demo at their working kitchen displays.
