Over the coming days and weeks If the time comes that we are advised by the Government to close our showroom locations, our designers are all able to work from home and will continue to be able to offer you an excellent design and quoting service.
We will still be able to offer consultations through video conferencing either through mobile phone, tablet or PC and provisional bookings for these can be made on our website.
While the showrooms remain open, we have taken a number of actions to protect the health and well-being of both our customers and our team, which we have outlined below.
While in the short term your in-toto experience may change as we navigate our way through this dynamic situation, we will continue to make pro-active decisions based on the guidelines and information to hand.
We have implemented elevated cleaning and disinfecting procedures to help prevent the spread of all germs in our showrooms.
For those customers that are not able to visit our in-toto showrooms, we are able to present your new kitchen design through a remote consultation with video conferencing where we can talk through the plans, visuals and even product videos relative to your new kitchen.
Home measures will still also be offered until such a time as we are directed otherwise by the government.
As a last resort, we will still close showrooms if we feel it is in the best interest of our customers and team, or if we are directed to do so by the government. However, virtual consultations will remain available!
