Q: What do I do if I think something is missing from the goods I have bought?
A: Complete the Customer Service Form below and tell us what you think is missing. We will contact the studio to try to find out what happened and assist the studio to source a replacement.
Q: What do I do if I am not satisfied with the service I received from an in-toto Kitchens Design Studio?
A: At in-toto Kitchens we stand for customer service excellence. In the event of these standards not being met by one of the in-toto Kitchens Design Studios, please complete the Customer Service Form below. We will then contact the studio and assist in restoring the service agreement.
Q: What do I do if an item I have received is damaged?
A: In rare occasions goods can get damaged within the transit from Germany to your home. If this is the case with an item you received, please report this directly to the in-toto Kitchens Design Studio where you purchased your kitchen from to source a replacement.
Q: what happens if I wish to purchase additional units from a previous manufacturer?
A: ALNO AG the German manufacturer of the ALNO and Wellmann kitchens went into administration in July 2017. Therefore, these products are no longer available in the UK. However, our in-toto Kitchens Design Studios offer a wide range of alternative German products with similar colours and finishes for you so choose from.
